The Hide is the perfect ‘outside-in’ space for meetings, workshops, children's parties and family events. It sits in the heart of the Country Park in beautiful green surroundings and with green credentials.

Discover the children’s party hideaway for fun and adventure, where families can create lasting memories. Let your children connect with nature and make the most of the outdoors, with nearby playgrounds and a spacious field on your doorstep, perfect for games and exploration.

Businesses are encouraged to bring staff and clients to an inspiring spot in nature for creative thinking, calm and collaborative working and workshops. With outdoor space for breakouts and lunch, The Hide offers something different to your organisation.

As an eco-building, The Hide is designed for comfort as well as sustainability. It is supported by air-source and solar technology, with climate control. Better still, every booking directly supports the Itchen Valley Country Park’s conservation projects and community activities, so your event gives something back to nature!

The venue is designed to connect people with nature and the outdoors, building adventure into their events. With panoramic views of High Hill Field, the facility offers a flexible and fully accessible environment, with modern touches all within a beautiful natural local setting.

Discounted packages from £15 per hour are now available for family, charity/community and business events taking place before April 2027.
