    Explore the seasonal changes on a leisurely walk in the Itchen Valley Country Park.

    These walks are a wonderful opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature, and boost your mental well-being. Spending time outdoors is proven to reduce stress, improve mood, and increase focus.

  • Animal Super Powers Trail

    Follow the trail and meet a host of amazing animal sculptures created by local artist Andy Frost.

    Perfect for curious kids aged 7+ and their grown-ups, the trail is packed with fun challenges, questions, and activities designed to be enjoyed together.

    Pick up your trail map for just £1.50 from the café (10am–4.30pm).

  • Spring Wild Walk with the Hedgerow Yogi

    Join Sammie for a guided spring walk through Itchen Valley Country Park.

    Find out about edible, medicinal and magical plants growing right under your feet, with spring offering an abundance of seasonal harvests, including wild garlic.

    We’ll finish with wild tea and foraged treats, the perfect way to round off the experience.
