Super New Trail coming soon

A permanent trail is being installed at the Country Park ready for families to explore at half term.

The trail posts have been designed by local artist Andy Frost and feature sculptures of native wildlife that live in or around the park. The ‘Animal Super Powers’ trail has an educational element about how animals are adapted to survive, as well as a fun activity to do. It is designed for curious children aged 7+ and their grown-ups to be enjoyed together.

Andy has had a long involvement with the park since the 1990’s having installed bespoke play areas, individual pieces and The Holt indoor play area in 2017. His creative designs in natural materials are in keeping with the environment and are well loved by our young visitors.

The trail will be open from Saturday 14 February, visitors can purchase a map from the café.
