Something spooky is stirring in the woods…
This Halloween, witches, ghosts, werewolves and mysterious woodland creatures are coming out to play. The Green Man, guardian of the forest, needs your help to protect the woods from the spirits lurking among the trees.
Join us at Itchen Valley Country Park for a week of spooky trails, creative crafts, woodland folklore and Halloween fun.

Follow our Spirit of the Woods Halloween Trail through the woodland and discover the spooky secrets hiding among the trees.
£3 per child, including a trail book, sticker and pencil.

Get creative this half term with a selection of spooky woodland crafts:
Ghost Bunting , 27 October – Create your own ghostly decorations to take home.
Spirit of the Woods Mask , 28 October – Make your own nature-inspired Green Man mask.
Halloween Glass Jar Lanterns , 29 October– Turn a glass jar into a spooky glowing lantern.

As darkness falls, Halloween gets even spookier…
Follow an illuminated twilight trail through the woodland, toast marshmallows around the fire and enjoy a spectacular fire juggling show.
