Join the Hedgerow Yogi to discover the wonderful wild food of Itchen Valley Country Park. Sammie will lead you on a walk around the park and will introduce you to some edible, medicinal and magical wild plants that grow here.

Spring is a wonderful time for foraging and there is an abundance of seasonal harvests including the foragers favourite, Wild Garlic. The walk will be rounded off with some wild tea and foraged treats.
